WE DON'T BELIEVE IN "BUSINESS AS USUAL."
Who said there was only one path to running a successful business? It doesn't help that every book, course, and workshop in existence tries to sell you on a specific formula promising instant entrepreneurial success. But you don't want their business. You want your own.
You want to build a purpose-driven business, a business that markets itself so you don't have to sell your soul to make the sale. And you want to build it surrounded by a strong support system of entrepreneurs who have done the same. That's what we provide at Your Own Way Conference.
Say goodbye to one-size-fits-all formulas and hello to a life-giving, purposeful business built your own way.

minneapolis business conference venue
We are excited to host our Minneapolis small business conference at 514 Studios located in the North Loop neighborhood in Minneapolis. It provides the perfect "Instagrammable" atmosphere for our one-day charitable business event!
+ How do I buy my ticket?
Simply click one of the "Buy Your Ticket" buttons or visit our Eventbrite event page.
+ I'm a new entrepreneur or I haven't started my business yet. Is this event right for me?
Absolutely! We believe business owners of all levels will gain something from this event because of the diverse background of each panelist and speaker. New and aspiring entrepreneurs are welcome!
+ How many attendees will be at the conference?
We will have 125 tickets available for purchase because we love intimate events. 50 of them will be at our early bird price. Our conference venue, 514 Studios, has a 150 people max limit for the space. Introvert friends, you won't be lost in a sea of people here.
+ Is this a tax-write off? How do I claim it?
YES! Who doesn't love a tax-write off? While you're not able to claim the ticket price as a charitable donation (because you're getting products/services in return), you ARE able to write it off as a business expense under "Professional Development". Woo hoo! Just make sure to print off the ticket receipt on Eventbrite for your records.
+ Where should I park for the event?
Because the event is in the North Loop, there's ample parking! There's on-street metered parking but we recommend parking in a nearby ramp. The Designer's Guild Building parking ramp offers rates at $5 most days. Grab a few friends and carpool!
+ What should I bring to the event?
Great question! Here are a few things you can bring:
- Your business cards for networking
- A journal or notebook to jot down those "ah-ha" moments.
- Your phone for all of those Instagrammable moments.
- A friend! The more, the merrier.
+ What's the lunch situation? Will you be serving alcohol?
There will NOT be alcohol served in the event space, but we will have various sweets and drinks at the conference. Lunch will be provided at the conference - yum!
